This digital illustration immerses us in a settlement in southeast Greenland, where scale and colour play prominent roles. The inhospitable landscape features towering mountains of ice, with a small boat sailing between the ice blocks, a speck of colour in the white vastness. Isortoq, the name of the place, meaning 'the steaming sea', evokes a mysterious atmosphere. From the icy mountains, the beginnings of an almost perpetual mass of ice can be glimpsed.
