This print from the Begimugan series captures what we would see if we had a supersonic eye. Here we see a small coastal town, a vacation spot for upper-class people in the United States; the Kennedy family, among others, used to go there. In a way, it was the "Donostia of the United States." The town has a unique, highly dispersed urban structure, and some traditional activities still thrive in the local marshes—shellfish harvesting, for example. Thanks to this, this valuable ecosystem maintains its delicate balance.
